Overview

The Job Order is for 50 Male Migrant Workers, these include; 30 male cleaners whose salary is 1,400 AED and 20 male factory helpers whose salary is 1,300 AED and the Contract is for two years renewable on mutual agreement.

A. For all the male cleaners and male factory helpers, the hiring company will provide;
1. Accommodation
2. Food
3. Return air ticket after two years
4. Local transportation to work
5. Medical insurance as per the UAE law
6. Employment Visa
7. Overtime, annual leave and other benefits as provided by the UAE law
8. There will be 8 working hours per day for 6 days per week
9. Terminal benefits on termination of service

B. For the 30 male cleaners;
a) Total salary is 1,400 AED (basic 900 AED plus allowance 200 AED, other allowances 100 AED and fixed overtime 200 AED)
b) Two years Contract, renewable on mutual agreement
c) Probation period is 6 (six) months from date of joining
d) And all those mentioned in A above will be provided
e) Termination notice is by serving ninety (90) days or 3 months written notice period

C. For the 20 factory helpers;
a) Total salary is 1,300 AED (basic 800 AED plus allowance 200 AED, other allowances 100 AED and fixed overtime 200 AED)
b) Two years Contract, renewable on mutual agreement
c) Probation period is 6 (six) months from date of joining
d) And all those mentioned in A above will be provided
e) Termination notice is by serving ninety (90) days or 3 months written notice period
