Agent Recruitment Obligations





 Driver Eligibilities





1. Age: 25 to 45 Years

2. Gender: Male / Female

3. Language: English (reading and writing, Arabic an advantage)

4. Education: Certified Secondary school Certificate.

5. Experience: 3 to 5 years’ driving experience.

6. Well grooming Good Personality

7. Physically fit to driver

8. Free from infectious diseases.

9. Free from disability and Birth defects

10. Free from chronic diseases (diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases and any disease affecting the work as taxi driver)

11. Eye vision (fit to drive) eye test required.

12. Abilities to communicate in English

13. Positive and good attitude.

14. holding home country valid light vehicle driving license (priority for gulf country driving license holders)

15. Good conduct certificate (Attested by UAE Embassy).







 Drivers’ contract terms & conditions:



1. AED 800 Salary + commission after successfully completing training period

2. sharing Accommodation (Kitchen Facility Not Applicable)

3. Health insurance provided according to Department of Abu Dhabi health authority.

4. uniforms and uniform laundry Facility.

5. Free transportation.

6. Company pays all fees of work permit and residence visa process and procedures.

7. limited contract (3 years renewable contract)

8. 6 months’ Probation period as per labor law

9. Yearly 30 days annual leave (Leave Ticket Not Applicable) as per labor law.

10. Return ticket after contract period as per UAE labor law

11. 8 Working hours as per UAE labor law. Driver not applicable for overtime.



 Other terms:

1. 3 to 5 months Training Period depending on candidate performance.

2. If the driver fails to obtain driving license or ITC taxi permit interview within 3 times test, to be terminated as per company policy.

1. The candidates shall to attend the English assessment test (questionnaire) in the present of delegates.

2. The candidate shall fill interview application sheet and personal detail and to be attached to English assessment during personal interview.

3. Once the candidate is passed the personal interview to be refer to driving test.

4. Agent shall call selected candidates to attend company and contract orientation rules & regulation, policies, contract and commission structure in presents of the agent.

5. The contract and commission structure and declaration and driving license cost and passport acknowledged and clarifications must be signed by the selected candidate and finger thump in presents of the interviewer and agent.

6. Preparing the hard copies of selected candidates documents and list as per Tawasul format list.







 Online interviews:

1. The agent will be responsible for selected candidates in accordance to the interview procedures and company's selection criteria.

2. All selected candidates will conduct an interview on arrival date

3. Agent shall pay any expenses incurred by tawasul company if the selected candidate failed interview on arrivals or resigned during notice period or unfits to work taxi driver within notice period.

 interview Procedure:



1. The candidates shall to attend the English assessment test (questionnaire) in the present of delegates.

2. The candidate shall fill interview application sheet and personal detail and to be attached to English assessment during personal interview.

3. Once the candidate is passed the personal interview to be refer to driving test.

4. Agent shall call selected candidates to attend company and contract orientation rules & regulation, policies, contract and commission structure in presents of the agent.

5. The contract and commission structure and declaration and driving license cost and passport acknowledged and clarifications must be signed by the selected candidate and finger thump in presents of the interviewer and agent.

6. Preparing the hard copies of selected candidates documents and list as per Tawasul format list.







 Online interviews:

1. The agent will be responsible for selected candidates in accordance to the interview procedures and company's selection criteria.

2. All selected candidates will conduct an interview on arrival date

3. Agent shall pay any expenses incurred by tawasul company if the selected candidate failed interview on arrivals or resigned during notice period or unfits to work taxi driver within notice period.
