Overview

Responsibilities include:

• Delivery of a wide variety of items

• Following delivery routes and time schedules

• Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle. Distribute products promptly to our customers.

• Collect payments and handover the cash to the assigned duty officer with all relevant details.

• Inform customers about new products and services.

• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that they are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.

• Complete logs and reports relating to deliveries.

• Follow road and transport authority rules and regulations and safety standards.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.

• Operating equipment and machines, such as cars, trucks, forklifts, etc.

• This role entails long hours and hard work
