Overview

1- working as domestic worker in kingdom of saudi arabia according to the following rules and conditions



* Monthly Salary for domestic workers (SAR 900 Saudi Riyals)



* Contract duration: 2 years



2- domestic workers should be suitable and healthy , who have passed the required medical examination in the first party country.



and have not had a final exit from saudi arabia because of previous criminal reason, refusing work, escaping or failure to abide with the contract terms for 24 months.also should be trained and qualified domestic worker to work for the specified period of the contract agreed between the worker and her sponsor for 24 Gregorian months



3-The DSW shall work solely for the employer and his immediate



household, unless the DSW is recruited by a Recruitment Office The DSW should be committed to the rules in the country of work and his contract conditions during the two years of the contract .The first party ( optimal manpower placement ) is obliged to provide the second party (Qemmat Almisdaqia Recruitment Office) with an alternative domestic worker in a period that should not exceed 30 working days upon receiving the returnee under the following cases (the maid`s incurable illness, pregnancy, lack of desire to work or escaping) within the first 90 days from the date of arrival of the domestic worker to the country of the second party.



4-The first party ( optimal manpower placement ) should finish the procedures of recruitment of domestic workers mentioned in the previous item within a period that should not exceed 60 days from the date of electronic authorization.
